The first one looks much much better! The fact that the necklace matches the shoes just makes it match perfectly and it definitely makes you look mature enough. And I also like the fact that your link says bitchfucku in it lmao

The strappy sandals look a lot better, the second pair are not my favorite and they don't match very well. I think the dress and the necklace look good for a wedding. The outfit does not look too young.
