Since its an awards ceremony for Spring Sports I think you focuse mainly on bright colors as opposed to the style of what you will wear. You could possible wear shorts or a skirt with a summer print on it, and a simple blouse. If you don't want to be fancy then don't wear a dress or heels, wear flats. It's an award ceremony so not too fancy but you want to look nice. Maybe wear like a short sleeve blouse with black leggings but end the leggings right past you knees don't end at the bottom if you know what I'm talking about. Then wear a pair of nice sandals
