If smallest width of your low back dress/top is bigger than the bra hook strip, then there is no problem. Wear bra, wear your low back top, pull brs hook strip just below the tiop edge and pin pup proprly. This done to bra straps falling dow from shoulders in Indian sari-blouse-bra clothing.
