Based on your description, I assume you asked because you have a longer torso than most. I would say a medium, but properly measure yourself. A tailors ruler cost 1 dollar. Measure around the chest and go over the nipples. If length is an issue, I would suggest looking for longer length tanks.

They should have a size chart on the Hollister website, measure yourself and look on there :)
