how can I stretch out my nike one piece suit ? GEt it wet, and wrap it in a towel by laying it down lengthwise,and rolling up the towel tightly. It should stretch the *body* of the suit, rather than putting the tension on the straps. Leave it that way overnight - you should find it almost dry by morning, and it will dry the rest of the way in a *cool* dryer with a dry towel- not the one it was rolled in.
