No you could not wash it if you do so it could damage your leather jacket try to clean it with damp cloth.

You cannot do so.
You can't shrink leather without wrecking it. It's skin - any kind of mistreatment just damages it or dries the natural oils out &makes it flaky and brittle. Any significant heat literally cooks it and makes it brittle.
