I think it would look good on you if you are fit and slim because its really short and has some frills. Its also very loud so I think pairing it with a plain white or black tee would be great! woah you have to have a skinny waiste for that. hmm, you'd have to wear a plain white or even better a cream coloured shirt with it. but a shirt that actually has shoulders covered and not just spaghetti straps. I do NOT think spaghetti straps look that good with those skirts because I have one! but every person looks different in them!
