I bought a navy blue dress that came with a little brown belt. Im not sure if i should wear heels or wedges? Also, i need help with the color of it. HELP PLEASE

I don't understand why everyone says "heels or wedges?". Wedges ARE heels! They're just not pumps but they are still shoes with high heels on them. So they are in fact HEELS!
