How about a fairy, a water nymph, or even a mermaid. Check out makeup looks using Urban Decay Electric Palette for inspiration. It may not even be a bad idea to buy it bc it can also be used as a hair chalk to complete the look. You can never go too extreme with EDC Vegas :)
