I've tried the mass market stores, boutiques, online...I can't seem to find jeans or shorts that fit me around the hips/butt and the waist at the same time. My waist is 24-25 inches and my hips are 33-34 inches. Where can I find shorts and pants that provide measurements like these or have lots of customization? There are many brands that have a "Curvy" variation on their jeans. those would probably fit you well.

I agree with the curvy jeans...last I checked they sell those at Aeropostal and Old Navy
