Back pain is one of the most worst pains that can cause irritation and pain. You cannot work and move in some specific directions while having lower back pain. This is something that is directly associated with your bedding or you can say your foam mattress topper.

Well, along with many other things, lower back pain can easily be associated with your foam mattress. The sort of memory foam that you use is highly associated with the level of pain that you really have. If your memory foam mattress is new and is made up of really good material, chances are that you will not get any kind of back pain, or your back pain will vanish after use of a new memory foam mattress.

Using a quality and comfortable memory foam mattress or topper will finally bless you with freshness. When your body and mind complete their comfortable rest, the ultimate result is freshness. You can start your daily work routing with more energy and freshness like never before.

A memory foam topper would provide more comfort than a egg crate. It was used in hospitals to prevent bed sores. It molds and supports your body in every position. My daughter got a reasonable priced one from Costco. They are also a good price on Amazon. She didn't have a problem with heat but then she loves it hot.

I have scoliosis so I have lower back pain often and I have an old memory foam topper on my twin bed right now and my back is starting to hurt, but I was wondering if I should buy a new twin xl memory foam topper for my dorm bed this fall or just get an egg crate and mattress pad? I will be at a university in a south so heat may be an issue, but my back is more important. I heard egg crates are often used in hospitals? They seem cheaper than memory foam so I was wondering if they would still help with the back pain?
