Look, kid, I made fudge and coffee cakes for 38 years, and I can tell you that you DO NOT go online to buy bulk and wholesale. Go to your local food wholesalers in your area. When you shop online, you really don't know the quality of what you're buying until it gets to your place, and you ALSO have the additional cost of shipping. This likely kills a small business.

There are food wholesalers in every medium to large city, try starting there. I used to get 500 pounds of chocolate chunks a year for the fudge, and the longer I worked with a wholesaler, the cheaper the product got. Good luck, and Get Crackin'
