Keep trying to call until you get an answer.
Make sure you take pictures of the problem everywhere it is occurring.
It's also bank holiday Saturday and the people who have done it won't answer the phones. What should I do? It's literally every where massive amounts of white beads. Do I need to collect them up or not? Or should I leave them all till Tuesday???
