Uses for Roman Chamomile?

The tops/buds/flowers can be dried and used to make tea with. However, I would recommend keeping them in the medicine cabinet to use when you have nausea/cramps, tension headaches and migraines, anxiety or stress.

Other than that, it is useful for your hair and your skin. It has antioxidants, and can treat burns, rashes and other causes of irritated skin. It works for getting rid of dandruff and lightly moisturizing the hair and skin.

Another use can be drying the herb, and making an herbal pouch. Keep it under your pillow to help you sleep better.

I grew some roman chamomile in my garden, and I was wondering what are some other uses for it, other than to make tea? I heard you can use it to naturally lighten your hair color slightly. Is there any other uses for it?
