1. If it's an electronic candle you could just switch it on. (Or) 2.Take the candle to the gas stove which is already turned on and light it up.
(Or)
3. Catch fire in a paper or wood and light the candle.
(Or)
4. Put a magnifying glass above the candle's wick, place them under the sun and wait for it to light up on its own as it catches fire to the paper. This might help.
Do you have a gas stove top? Light a paper twist to light the candle.
Nine volt battery and wire wool. Be really careful you don't catch the whole house on fire.
Or, if you have an electric hot plate, turn it on until it glows red hot and use it light a paper "spill". Again, don't burn the whole house down.
Maybe you could rub the wick of a candle against sandpaper and get a spark. Never tried it, myself.
Battery and a gum wrapper. Voila, flame.
