Most likely, spiders can drown. Why kill it though, it didn't mean to get trapped in your sink.
Just scoop it out and let it go on its way, or put it outside.
Hot water will kill the spider.
try spraying bug spray and then boiling water on it and then it'll die for sure
Like by spraying it with the sink
