And my nose gets stuffy. What should I do?

Adjust the temperature on the A/C. If you run it at 74 or 75 degrees, of course it is going to get cold. Bump it up to about 77 or 78. You can also adjust the opening on your room vent so that the air does not blow in full force. While you are doing that, you may want to use the vacuum hose with a brush attachment to get rid of the dust and stuff. I'd also advise changing the filter on the inside A/C unit to one of the hypoallergenic ones. This should give you some relief.

turn the wind blow direction toward somewhere else not directing to you, or get a fan, there are fans nowadays that u can put ice cube or just water in them, and they blow out cold wind, works pretty much the same for me as an AC.

Buy a fan.
