So do 196 divided by the panel width, then divide that by 2 because each panel will give you two pieces. But get a few panels extra for any anomalies you may encounter and future repairs if need be. Don't cut all of the panels at once, cut just a few at a time as you go.
The overlap should be factored in by the manufacturer.

Whatevers gives you the formula for linear feet. The amount for overlap depends on the corrugation size. How many sheets depends on the size of the sheet.
