Well Miami Vice colors are pink and light blue. You should get a modern bed, preferably white and everything else in the room should be minimalistic in design. Use light colors throughout, get some wall art of beaches and palm, maybe an exotic Ferrari and then some items that resemble Miami. Definitely look for a nice poster from the Miami Vice era and you should be in pretty good shape.
