You need an Architect, project manager and people that know what they are doing!! You cant just draw a pretty house then build it, doesn't work like that.

I would like to build a house in my village, There my parents live. my requirements are:

1) The house has recycling water system. (how to recycle water natural ways in low cost)

2) it should be cool in summer with out AC. ( i think we should mix some materils into concrete)

3) i need online designing site to design a plan.

4) please suggest your plans for double bed room house.
