A roll of white Velcro, with sticky on one side to put across the bar..then stick the other side on the curtain..hang, and tie back (can use Velcro, and tie backs for that too. Won't damage anything.

I want to add curtains on the each side of my patio door on the inside to tie the whole living room look together. However I have slide blinders. How do I conceal them? I'm not talking about the blinders but the bar that goes all the way across. I live in an apartment so I can't just take them off. ANY Advice? Thanks!
