Anthurium do not like temperatures that are too cold at night, and they are finicky about watering. I can't tell from your photo if that is your problem--but the pot isn't too small. You may need to vary the sunlight you're giving it--more or less--and cut back on the watering, or water it more often--a picture can't really reveal what's wrong with it.

I don't know if it need to be replanted........ Any help please?
