Could rattle something something loose - cause premature wear. Not sure what official recommendations are, but personally I wouldn't do it.
If your kitchen space is that limited, just wash dishes by hand. Besides vibrations, you may overload your electric circuit when both are running.

I have a front loading washer/dryer combo and
a small counter top dishwasher sitting on top of it.
Is it ok like that?
I would NOT be running them together at the same time.
Can one machine get hot enough to mess up the other one...
even if both are not on and only one is?
