Debit card are connected to a checking account so why not just write a check? Or go to your bank and get the money/cash. MY guess is you do not even have the money to cover this amount so you will not get 4000 whatever the 4000 is. I only assume you mean dollars.
If it is a debit card it is attached to your savings or checking account but I doubt you could take the entire $4000 off at once as most debit cards have a limit for withdrawal amounts even more so if it would clean out your entire account
If it is a Pre-Paid card (which I am betting it is) you can not take out cash, it is for purchases only
Debit or credit? Bank debit or prepaid debit? If it's a debit, it should be connected bank; so go to the bank. If it's a "prepaid debit", what's the logo? VISA or MasterCard? You can still go to a bank and they can do a cash advance off of the card. There may be a small fee though, so call the card holder and as them what the stipulations are.
