Which one use more ENERGY: Fans or AC?

Opening it overnight (6-8 hours) which one will require more energy (more monthly bill) between Fan and AC?

Fan requires less right?

yes

Typically air conditioning uses more energy as it is a heat pump and a fan.

However I guess it depends on the size of the fan! http://www.nasa.gov/centers/langley/news...

If you look at your A/C unit it will generally be rated as a certain number of kW. A fan will also be rated in Watts. Compare the two.

A heat pump will cool the air and surrounds to make you feel colder regardless of if the fan is running at that moment or not. Fans cool by convection or moving the air around, so you feel cooler without the air temperature actually dropping, however when they stop the air is just as warm.

The fan uses really less energy. The AC needs more amperes .

Fans uses much less energy, but they don't cool as well and they don't lower the humidity like air conditioners.

Right.
