This could be a bit of a sticky wicket, depending on the local health ordinances. You have a commercial kitchen, obviously, so you should be able to give to the Salvation Army, or a local youth emergency shelter. The issue will be transporting the food appropriately so it's safe and won't drum up business for your workplace.

I work in the nutrition department in a hospital and at the end of the day we have a lot of left over food, instead of throwing this food away we want to donate it. I know of cityharvest.com but is there any others I should know about, pretty much so I can give my boss options.
