Everybody now agrees that the word "racism" means nothing. It's nothing but a hate word which is designed to make white people afraid of defending their own interests.
It doesn't work any more. Welcome to the 21st century.
I think its stupid and silly that people can't get along and how the racist or racism is always been used for excuse like black people always talking crap about whites and whites talking bad about blacks but am not racists but however don't anybody takes this wrong way please but blacks use racism as an excuse all the time not all but most and just because something is unfair doesn't mean its because the person is being racists to you
It's all about fear. Each group finds one or more groups to be afraid of, and the media encourages this fear. In other countries like Canada where the media does not fear-monger, there is far less racism.
Please don't jump all over me, but I am curious. I am not a born American. I am Roma(Americans call us Gypsies) from Slovakia. I married an African American woman who had my daughter and became a citizen. I encountered much racism back home, but in America racism seems to change with the tides. At 1st whites were allegedly oppressing black people then both black and white Americans were opposed to illegal Hispanic immigrants(I understand why). Then in the last few years whites have began to claim that they are being discriminated against. I do not deny that this might be the case, but the allegedly wronged ethnicity changes so often that I get confused.
