MANY things could be wrong with it, I can;t tell from here!
There may be number of reasons Like:
Sunlight not falling on panel (due to angle or shade of something)
Dust accumulation of panel, improper cleaning.
Water line connection, check if there are any valves present to bypass it.
Long water lines without insulation. so that water turns cold in the way
Call your landlord and make an appointment to have maintenance come and fix it. You deserve to have hot water like anyone else

HI all i have an apartment with solar panels every body elses pipes leading to theres are hot. mine are stone cold and im not getting no hot water this way meaning i have to use emertion heater, my panels are at the side of a wall im just wondering if they are not getting the sun ,can anybody tell me what could be causing me to be getting no hot water at all.
