Most states have pretty strict limits when employees have to be paid. Give her one week and then say you'll have to file a complaint with the department of labor. Is this doing this to other employees?
Be aware that you could lose your job over this. Your state may have anti-retaliation laws against you being fired but it would not be uncommon for an employee suddenly to be told their performance is unacceptable and start getting warning letters to support the company's case why they were discharged. However, effectively working for free isn't acceptable either.
Look for another job, it sounds like this one isn't going to be there long. And report the missing paychecks to your state department of labor.
Payment of salary cannot be delayed / postponed. Better to ask the boss. It is your right. If you ar not getting satisfactory reply, try to get a job in some other orgnisation. After getting a new job, make compaint with Labour Dept of your State.
Talk to her boss if she has one or the state labor department.
Tell her you'll file an unpaid wages complaint with the state if she doesn't pay you.
Find another job - that one is about to go bust.
contact the company headquarters and complain
