Fatigue often triggers off further problems such as headaches, migraines, dizziness, lightheadedness, shakiness and nausea.
To combat fatigue perhaps the energy vitamin B12 can help or a vitamin B complex. Coenzyme Q10 can also help to boost your energy level as in a web search for "coenzyme q10 for energy". The super food Spirulina is another good energy booster.
One of the most common fatigue causes is anxiety which is a state of fear of real or imagined danger, which is manifested as increased heart rate, trembling, panic, weakness, extreme fatigue and stomach or intestinal discomfort.
Besides anxiety there are many other common fatigue causes such as insufficient sleep, too much sleep, under eating, thyroid problems or other illnesses (such as anemia, mononucleosis, CFS, glandular fever and many others), side effects from medication, dehydration, overexertion, an unhealthy diet and other causes as discussed in a web search for "common fatigue causes".
Yes red bull with all those chemicals! That's toxic. You could drink coffee, orange juice, soda. Do 25 pushups everyday. I also suffer from this problem. I went to my Doctor, he said you need to see your psychiatrist. Anyway drink a lot of water. And go to sleep early. Put down the phone and computer before you go to sleep for the day. Quit smoking and forget your addiction to smartphones and computers. Drive your own car instead of public transportation. Save the world! Save people. Do something that would help all mankind! Invent something that will help people with their daily lives! :-) .
I was having a constant irregular heartbeat which made me feel that way. I gave up coffee and reduced my sugar intake. Also, I started drinking some more electrolytes and taking Omega3's. My heartbeat went back to normal and pretty much stayed that way and my energy levels stabilized.
drink red bull it gives you wings!
so this has been a long stressful year for me, both psychologically and physically, and my energy is very low. I'm not sleepy tired, my core energy is tired, I can barely get out of bed in the morning without feeling fatigued, I was tested for anemia and its not that and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas or tips on what they think it could be.
thank you for your time!
