Are you talking about pure, as in it won't go away, it's used 100% efficiently? Then no, and almost definitely will never be, unless someone manages some crazy stuff in a perfect vacuum. Note, Space is not, technically.

I'm talking about energy which is universal, underlying all forms of energy(kinetic and potential). "Pure energy". Maybe there is no answer or I'm missing something with the definition of energy. I have heard it talked about when looking into antimatter/matter collisions
Nope, not pure. Right down at bottom level there are several quarks, leptons and Bosons - they are made from energy but the energy is in one of those packets.
Energy is energy. It may convert into various forms, but it's still energy.
