No. The internet is full of these things its something of an obsession for pseudo-scientists. It goes under a few names "free energy", or "over unity energy" or "perpetual motion" but all of them are basically the same thing: nonsense. These machines, if they worked, would violate the laws of physics. They contradict the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics.
Three ways to get free energy.
#1: Find some fallen tree branches and burn them.
#2: Sit out in the sun and absorb some.
#3: Violate the laws of physics. That's what most of those scams would have you believe is happpening. If any of them were Real, someone would figure out a way to sell it. (Then it wouldn't be free any more.)
A solar water heater and solar photovoltaic panel would provide enough energy for a house for 20 - 30 years.
Yes it is very possible but the oil companies spend millions paying off government and suppressing scientists.
