If you can't afford the trip ; maybe you can go when you have the necessary
funds . You say you're busy with school right now, live in the present. Your future
will take care of itself.
Break it down. That's $550 a month. How much can you make in baby sitting? How many hours is that?
It's going to be stretch because you are two young to even think of applying to most jobs. You could sell stuff but I doubt you have enough stuff to even get a significant portion of it.

to start off with, how much is your parents giving you allowence per week/month?
i may not know the best job for a 15 years old, but some tips, cut down on eating out expenses and pack food for lunch and bring your own bottle of water. Avoid unneccesary spendings on tidbits/snack/clothes etc. Only spend on what you need than what you want.
my advice wont work 100% but it does help to save up. Good luck i wish the best for your saving journey
it's very hard with your age i hope you get what you want only you know the way to make it try to ask your friends about doing some things to them for a few money like doing there homework (it's just an example) but it will be very tough.
$5,000 net is about $6,000 gross before taxes. So you need to earn about $600 to $700 per month for nine months. That will be very difficult for a 15 yo to make.
If you have some money, buy some utility items of small value from the wholesale market at cheaper rate and try to sell to neighbours, friend and earn profit. Try to improve the turn over if it clicks. You may teach younger children for a fee.
It's actually possible if you have a good paying job.
