Provide a service that you will be paid for straight away. Window cleaning, baby sitting, pet walking, floor scrubbing or other household chores. If there is snow in your area then offer to shovel it, if you know something well enough to teach someone else you could try that. If you are craft-minded then make something and sell it. Quite a few ladies in my area work providing care for elderly folk in their own homes, but you need to be over 18 for that. You don't tell us your age or gender.

Seeing that you list absolutely no skills it leaves only that which requires no skill:

Selling bodily fluids. In some places, you can still sell your blood. If you are a male and meet certain requirements, you can sell your semen.

There are also places where you can sell yourself for medical testing and can sell body parts. In India, for example, you can sell your entire skeleton which will be "harvested" upon your death.

Otherwise, as has been stated by Disciple, get a job.

Make a sign asking for money because you are too tired to work.
