Theres nothing 'healthy' to increase your energy. Drugs and sodas are all bullshit. First of all, analyze what exhausts your energy in a day. For example if you can't sleep well try to sleep enough at least regular. Then, organize your occupations. Eat well and do some exercises. The most important is motivation. Motivate yourself for everything you have to.
