Here is my situation. I have been out of work with health problems for 6 years. I can't get disability because I didn't have enough work credits. I took ill at only 22 years old. also My health condition has never fully been identified. they called it P.O.T.S. but believe it is a result of Malpractice form a kidney surgery I had. but none of that could be proved. and because of my age they deny me Medicaid as well. they said I can get Medicaid only after I get approved for disability. Which will never happen because of my age and lack of work credits. My wife is working a low wage job, only make about 8 bucks an hour. My mother pays for part of my rent and two of my bills because we can't meet those payments in our current situation. I am worried how obamacare will effect us. if she is forced to get it then that alone will put us on the streets. we cant afford anymore bills. We can't even afford to buy enough food to last all month. and yes we are on food stamps. it's not enough. the last two weeks of the month we eat bread and roman noodles. that's all that we can afford. we cant afford anything healthy to eat. if we buy fruit we will run out of food money long before our food stamps reset. so we are pretty much living on the edge of Total poverty. living under bridge kind of poverty. I even have to steal WiFI from my neighbors just to write this question. This is how me and my wife are living. and it's only getting worse. we do expect to be homeless within another year when rent goes up. I fear Obamacare will totally ruin what's left of our lives. We are already not able to make rent or pay our electric bill. so far Medicaid, and disability have denied me every step of the way. what's messed up is that my wife was told if she got pregnant then they could give her Medicaid. but since she isn't they can't help her. how messed up is that???? Our living situation is extremely dyer as it is. I fear that Obamacare will be that final push into total financial poverty for me and my wife. Well if it wasn't for family helping with some of our expenses we would be on the streets already. I fear Obamacare will be that Final push that finally puts us there. and they aren't really making it clear what the options will be for people like me. are there exemptions?? since I was already denied Disability and Medicade would I even be able to get those exemptions?? these are the things I seek knowledge on. what can you tell me??? :/
