You will need foil backed poster board. You can do this yourself with aluminum foil, craft glue, and a poster board. Roll but do not fold the foil board in such a way that it reflects light to a central location. Put a black metal tube in the center where the light is most concentrated. Balance the box to that it faces the sun at the same angle as your longitude.

You can buy them ready-made, as kits, or you can build from scratch. I seem to recall lots of designs available online. A really simple one is a cardboard box lined with aluminum foil and pointed at the sun. The more efficient cookers are a bit more complicated, though. Try a parabolic reflector to get the most heat.
