You should probably run a lot . And if you really want more energy you shouldn't drink carbonated drinks like soda . You should mostly drink water, milk ,and juice.
I've heard bananas are an excellent energy source! They're loaded with potassium! They also contain tryptophan and Vitamin B6. These two help you make seratonin, which boosts your mood.
I also love me a cup of coffee when I need boosts of energy and focus (and the college library doesn't allow you to eat a banana)
