a half of a spoonful of coconut oil when you feel the crash coming on, it may not be easy to gulp down but i can guerentee it will help, or even a spoonfuul added into a cup of warm coffee as a cream replacement will help alot (: or i like to rub lime essential oil on my chest or neck, or even just take a whiff of it and its very energizing. i do this multiple times a day
Make sure to eat a good healthy breakfast.
i usually start my day off with coffee than i eat fruit in the mid day that usually keeps me off of that crash
Have a healthy food in the morning. Try to include the all vitamin foods in it.
