No. You only really have a problem if you need to know the security code and you really can't read it at all. Now we have chip and PIN, nobody ever reads the signature unless the chip stops working so you have to sign a slip to pay instead of tapping your PIN into the terminal.
It's not a Lloyds TSB card any more, by the way. The bank split a while ago and now you're with either Lloyds or TSB.
No big deal, happens all the time. The bank will be happy to send you another card. (they want you using it after all)
It's not like required. You can continue to use it insofar as you can.
