2 weeks ago I requested my bank to have my account closed and I applied to for a new account where all the money was transferred. Is it possible to Have the bank reopen the account I closed and just cancel the new one. The new account is not active yet.

Closed account cannot be reopened. If you ant to open a new account with the same branch of the Bank, they may refuse to open an account for you. Opening of the account is Banks prerogative.
