He sent me an email saying "For payment we take bank to bank transfer to our business bank account .I`ll send you my business bank account for payment ,registered with my ebay account .For this bank account I have signed a letter of credit with my bank and deposited with them 11500 EUR to insure all my transactions so you have no reason to be worried because if something works wrong and you will not get the items as we agreed you can move forward and ask your deposit back from my bank . They will refund you in max 24 hours. So this method is also safe."

Call your bank and asks what happens to your money if you transfer it and it turns out to be a scam.
Then, contact eBay and tell them you suspect a scam account.
This is a scam. Do not purchase from Ebay unless the seller offers PayPal. No excuses.
500 sales is nothing. Power sellers have records of thousands of sales.
It's a scam using a stolen account. Once you send the money, it will be gone and you won't be able to do anything to get it back.
