I think I'd go with black nails.The dress is already quite colorful and showy on its own, so I think that something simple and clean would look best on the nails.

This dress is really frumpy and tacky. It looks like something from a charity store.. Dont buy it I know im quite blunt.. Sorry not sorry

I would have to put some side slits in this dress, and wear black strappy sandals, with black nail polish. The dress is to much enclosed..and I wouldn't be comfortable that way. It has a gunny sack style,'as is. Not my type of style. With side slits, I would wear it. Possibly with a pair of black gladiator sandals.
