You can try looking on Etsy. You'll get an actual vintage bathing suit and you'll probably get a really good price on it too. If you don't like secondhand, you can try modcloth. Their suits are more expensive, but still have the retro vintage feel and they have a ton of non-bikini options.

Any store that sells swimsuits I think. I go to Walmart or Target.

I was at Target a few days ago they had a lot of cute one piece bathing suits :)
