You're being really ambitious.... you can try ebay, varillas.com, or diamondsdirect.com .

You can get it cheaper, but you are going to have to compromise on quality. You will NOT get diamonds and 14K white gold for that price. You MIGHT get diamonds and SILVER for that price. Cubic Zirconia and white gold is more likely though.
