Nothing, it's none of my business, what I'd think though is 'cool, the guy's like me-don't care what others think.' We need more like that, but it just comes with age. When I was younger like in my twenties I cared too. A waste of time.

I have seen that! A glance just doesn't do it. This was a teenage boy in North Carolina. It seemed normal amongst his friends. I thought it to be funny. Could a louder call be made? This kid demanded to be noticed. Na Na you can't change me.

You could either compliment him or ask him where he bought his heels, if they're hot ones. He can wear whatever he wants and you should be respectful of his choices.
