Its a loafer style, thats for sure. The model may be called "snaffle moccasin" with a white trim contrasted sole. When I searched for pics, thats what It came up with. This one for example looks very similare to your pic: except it has a flatfrom (like creeper shoes). This one doesnt, but it doesnt have the silver buckle either: They are many variations of loafers, moccasins, sperrys and other slip on shoes, but what exact brand, I cannot tell.
