What to wear at a child's funeral that specifies 'no black'?

Hi my friend died last week of leukaemia and he was only 15. His mum has said that she doesn't want to see any black. I don't know what to wear though. It's give really hot tomorrow so a jumper or shirt is too hot really, but a t-shirt I feel is probably to casual to wear. Any ideas? I know that nobody will care about what I'm wearing still, I want to dress appropriately for my friend and his family.Hi my friend died last week of leukaemia and he was only 15. I would suggest a pretty shade of blue, perhaps aqua, baby blue or periwinkle. Any of these in a small floral print would be a good choice as well.

Any nice dress that is not up to your asss like these skater skirts and some nice shoes.

you could wear a navy skirt and a nice top.

a dress or skirt with top
