Different malls have different opening hours -so look for the website or facebook page of the mall your local forever 21 is in and that's where you will find the hours the stores are open. Most malls are open 9 to 9 everyday, some close early in the early week. Some are closed on Sunday, but most malls in big cities are open sundays in the afternoon.
