i think you should put your hair in some sort of cute updoo just cuz the dress is plain and that makethe dress look better. BUT if you dont want to it would still look great. For jewlery i would go for a big but not too gordy diamond neckless ( dont have to go out and get a real one just like a diamond looking neckless) but dont make it look to cheap

in my opiinon wear dangling earings a bracelet and a necklace that is simple and sophisticated not huge.

Probably some black heels or a bright color or even any color that pleases you but has glitter, any beautiful necklace and a fashion hairstyle
